Flag Rugby
Rugby is a popular team sport that dates to early 19th-Century England and is played around the world today! Our programs focus on learning the rules, scoring basics, playing techniques, fundamental skills and more. Ready to try something new? Check it out!
Summer Instructional
Join us for a fun, four-week program designed for kids of all skill levels and backgrounds. This non-contact (flag) version of rugby focuses on teamwork, agility and basic strategy in a safe and inclusive environment. Our experienced coaches will guide players through drills, games and team challenges that build confidence and foster a love for the sport. Detailed program info will be sent to caregivers via e-mail one week before the session begins.

- Boys: 9:00-10:30 am; Girls: 11:00 am-12:30 pm
- We’ll divide participants into groups: grades K-2; grades 3-5; and ages 12+
