Our program for ages 4 to adult begins by learning how to learn! We focus on fun as we develop agility-based foundational skills such as balance, strength and flexibility. Participants learn how to use martial arts to have a sense of household pride and respect for their own personal growth, and instructors also teach humility and kindness to instill positive values.

Levels:
Beginner: White/Yellow belts only
Intermediate: Yellow belt and above
Advanced: Green belt and above (No age limit)
Forms and Weapons (No age limit)

Girls Empowerment: This dynamic program combines traditional martial arts training with a focus on building confidence, strength and self-esteem. Designed specifically for girls, this class provides a supportive and empowering environment for learning self-defense skills, fostering resilience and developing a strong sense of community.

Forms and Weapons: Forms & Weapons is a fun, high-energy class where participants learn structured movement patterns and basic weapon techniques while building coordination, discipline, and confidence.

Beginners (Ages 4-7), all belt levels

Ages 8+, all belt levels

Join us to learn the fundamentals and finer points of the ancient art of Okinawan Karate. This martial art is used for self-defense purposes, and we strive to make our class a safe training space as we learn. Students start in the Beginner class and must earn instructor approval to move to the Intermediate level.

Beginners: New student/White Belt

Intermediate: Must complete one session of beginners class through or are coming from another dojo
