Summer Camp
Few environments are as special as camp.
Kids become a community as they learn both independence and teamwork through engaging physical, social and educational activities. Our camps teach self-reliance and the development of attitudes and practices that build character, leadership and friendships. It’s all done amidst the fun of sports, theater, games, outdoor adventure, talent shows and meaningful relationships. Our state-licensed Y counselors are dedicated to making sure camp is an amazing experience for every camper!
Camp is:

Camp Wannago

The flurry of activity that is YMCA Summer Camp remains: hours upon hours of healthy activity through sports and games, opportunities to create arts & crafts, scientific exploration & discovery and much, much more FUN for all. Additionally, kiddos can look forward to regular field trips and opportunities to swim. Kindergarten completion required

Discovery Day Camp
We’re forecasting an entire summer of fun on the East Side! Our camp is a hub of activity, and kids stay active and engaged. Every day, campers rotate through games on our field, creative activity tents, tetherball, the Ga Ga pit, sports and more. We take regular trips to a nearby park, swim at least once a week at the East Y and go on weekly field trips.

Discovery Day Camp
Give your child a true outdoor experience this summer as they explore all that nature has to offer. Rain or shine, campers hike, catch crayfish in our creek, build forts in their territories, enjoy s’mores around the campfire and create awesome art projects! Of course we’ll play games, make new friends, learn new skills and work on character development, too. Kindergarten completion required.
This camp is for ages 5-13 and runs 7:30 am-5:30 pm.

Discovery Day Camp
Give your child a true outdoor experience this summer as they explore all that nature has to offer. Discovery Day Camp is all about learning and exploration, and rain or shine, campers will test their skills in sports, explore nature, create imaginative art projects, meet new friends and most importantly, have fun! Of course, we will also play games, sing songs, swim and take field trips to fun and memorable places. Must have completed Kindergarten to attend.
