Soccer
250 million people can’t be wrong.
That is the estimated number of people that play soccer each year, and you can learn the fundamentals of the world’s most-popular sport through instructional sessions and league play at the YMCA! Y soccer programs focus on building a solid fundamental base to develop both individual and team skills. Our programs use player-development assets provided by Rush Wisconsin Soccer Club, allowing Y athletes to benefit from advanced resources they may not otherwise be able to access.

Recreational League
We teach the fundamentals of soccer at the team level for ages 4-10 while emphasizing teamwork and fun! The program consists of two weeks of practice followed by five weeks of game play with game times rotating weekly. Volunteer coaches are needed. 7-10 year olds at East and West may combine for league play, depending on enrollment.
