Intermediate/Advanced Kettlebell Training

Take your kettlebell training to the next level with this dynamic, intermediate class designed to build strength, endurance and fluid movement. Refine your technique on foundational lifts like swings, cleans, presses and snatches, then challenge yourself with more complex combinations and intervals. This class strikes the perfect balance between power and control, helping you improve coordination, mobility and core stability. Ideal for those with prior kettlebell experience looking to push further using proper form and intensity. Get ready to sweat, swing and level up!

Intermediate/Advanced Power Training

This circuit-style class is designed for people who have some experience with basic power exercises or who completed Power Training or Kettlebell small group classes. We will use dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines, barbells and other equipment to do cleans, presses, snatches and more with a focus on applying our knowledge to challenge our limits.

The Get Up

Learn multiple strategies for getting from the floor to a standing position, both with and without added resistance. We’ll work on exercises including the Turkish get-up, kneeling jump or non-jump squat, martial arts get-up, standing from a cross-legged position, momentum-based stand-up movements and more. Fitness benefits include lower-body strength and mobility and core control.
