Core Fit Kettlebells
This new program emphasizes fluid movements, stability and rotational strength. It’s designed for individuals of all fitness backgrounds and can be modified with each movement. Learn a fun, whole-body fitness and cardio routine while finding your Best You along the way!
The class meets twice per week for six weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays with morning (8:00 am) or evening (5:00 pm) options.

Foam Rolling Workshop
Have you ever looked at a foam roller and wondered what to do with it? This hands-on workshop teaches you the science of self-myofascial release (SMR) and how it affects both your physical tissues and your nervous system. You will learn a variety of techniques to relieve muscle soreness, improve flexibility, and boost circulation. Perfect for anyone looking to alleviate everyday aches or enhance their athletic performance. Participants are advised to bring their own foam roller due to VERY limited supply.

Glute Camp
Build power, stability, and definition in this glute-focused strength class designed to target the muscles that support everything you do—walking, running, lifting, and everyday movement. This lower-body workout zeroes in on the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus through a strategic combination of activation drills, resistance training, and functional movement patterns.
Using a mix of barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, cables, and bodyweight exercises, participants will move through hip thrusts, squats, lunges, deadlifts, and lateral work to fully engage the posterior chain.
This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are provided so beginners can build a strong foundation while experienced participants can safely challenge their limits.
Whether your goal is increased athletic performance, improved posture, injury prevention, or simply building stronger, more defined glutes, this class will leave you feeling powerful and accomplished.

Intermediate/Advanced Power Training
This circuit-style class is designed for people who have some experience with basic power exercises or who completed Power Training or Kettlebell small group classes. We will use dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines, barbells and other equipment to do cleans, presses, snatches and more with a focus on applying our knowledge to challenge our limits.

Pickleball/Tennis Agility Workshop
Dominate the court with lightning-fast footwork. This high-energy session focuses on safe lateral movement, reaction time and explosive agility specific to racquet sports. Learn a variety of drills you can do on your own to stay light on your feet and pivot into every serve and backhand with ease.

Pull-up and Push-up Training for Women
Women of all ages, fitness levels and body types will build upper body strength through body weight pushing and pulling exercises. In this 12-week program, participants will advance through stages of difficulty with the goal of completing full pull-ups and push-ups. The class gets suggested homework to do on a third day of the week because in order to see real strength gains, two to three workouts per week are necessary.

The Get Up
Learn multiple strategies for getting from the floor to a standing position, both with and without added resistance. We’ll work on exercises including the Turkish get-up, kneeling jump or non-jump squat, martial arts get-up, standing from a cross-legged position, momentum-based stand-up movements and more. Fitness benefits include lower-body strength and mobility and core control.
