This March, try our 24-Hour Challenge by tracking all of your physical exercise for the month, inside or outside the Y.

Swim laps in our pool? Track it! Shovel your driveway? Track it! Take a Virtual Y fitness class? Track it! Go for a run in your neighborhood? You get the idea. 

Record your activity anywhere, safely and contact-free in our YMCA Mobile App (it’s free and easy to download and use!), or use a paper tracking sheet (available to print at home below, or pick one up at your branch).

No registration is required, but all activity must be recorded and returned to the Y (if you use paper) by Monday, April 5, 2021. The Challenge is on!
